Are You A Meaningful Specific?
"When you are absolutely clear about what you want, you can then think about your goals most of the time. And the more you think about them, the faster they will materialize in your life. Zig Ziglar says, "You move from being a wandering generality to becoming a meaningful specific."" ..... Brian Tracy in his book; GOALS!

How do You Interview?
"In a hiring interview I would emphasize how important a person's ethics were. I began to hire based on a person's values and trusted that the person would then be competent to do the job as their resume stated." ..... Larry Burkett in his book; Business by the Book

Are You Happy?

What's Going On Inside?
"Your actions on the outside will ultimately be a reflection of your innermost values, beliefs, and expectations on the inside. This is why what you achieve in life and work will be determined more by what is going on inside of you than by any other factor." Brian Tracy in his book, GOALS!

Are You Action Oriented?
"The primary difference between high achievers and low achievers is "action orientation." Men and women who accomplish tremendous deeds in life are intensely action oriented. They are moving all the time. They are always busy. If they have an idea, they take action on it immediately." Brian Tracy in his book, GOALS!

Become the Legacy Leader You Were Meant To Be
John Maxwell's 25 Ways to Win with People:
20. Tell A Good Story
John Maxwell encourages us to speak with authority and truth without fear.
Mike's Thoughts:
As a leader, it is important for me to model John Maxwell's example whenever I speak, especially to groups. I need to speak with authority and have my facts straight and to speak the truth without fear.
Mike's Action Points:
1- Before I speak, I will research for knowledge on the topic.
2- I will seek the courage to speak the truth without fear.
3- I will look for wisdom on how to present the speech for the most positive
effect on my audience.
Mike's Thought for the Day:
"Life may not be fair, but it's still good. Let's appreciate the people and things we do have in our lives."
